I didn't see any signs stating the terms and conditions of the car park, and now I have received a breach notice?
What will it cost?
Depending on the size of the parking operation we endeavour to provide the service free of charge. For smaller locations we may ask for a contribution towards associated costs.
Will this monitoring affect my customers or visitors?
The aim of TMS is to free up parking spaces so that genuine customers, visitors, clients may find a convenient space to park. This system does create a better turn-over for a car park thus enabling more people to use your facility.
Can I just call you when I have problem or does an agreement need to be in place?
TMS requires a signed operational agreement to be in place for all sites it monitors.
